To help in our mission, Voices from the Void is pursuing surveys and interviews throughout Cauca to better understand the progress of the 2016 Peace Accords.  Specifically, the surveys and interviews are seeking local insights on general peace and development, as well as the promotion of rural education, as promised in the 2016 Peace Accords.

This effort includes following up on an earlier survey highlighting the local community-level view throughout Cauca that education is best positioned to support longer-term peace in rural areas of Colombia. In turn, Voices conducted a large survey engaging approximately 1,000 people in 31 of the 41 municipalities of Cauca.
